JTN Property, The Doorway to your new Home<\/strong><\/p>

Step 1:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Search for the home you are interested in by clicking on\u00a0VIEW RENTALS<\/a>.<\/p>

Step 2:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Once you are on the property page, Click the \u201cAPPLY NOW<\/strong><\/a>\u201d button to begin the process.<\/p>

Step 3:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Be sure to have a\u00a0credit card<\/strong>\u00a0ready to pay for your application fee of\u00a0$65<\/strong>. All adults 18 years of age or older will also need to apply and follow the same steps as above and pay the $65 application fee. Please note the application fee is non-refundable.<\/p>

Step 4:<\/strong>\u00a0 Attach all of the\u00a0Application Requirements<\/strong> listed below while in online application process. You can email additional documents to propertymanagement@jtnproperty.com\u00a0later if requested.<\/p><\/div>

To be considered for a JTN Property LLC rental home, applicants must agree to a credit and criminal background check. \u00a0Both checks are done electronically at the time of screening and serve as part of the basis for consideration for a rental home.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 \u00a0CREDIT<\/span>:\u00a0\u00a0Credit score requirements may vary based on property, rent amount, etc.\u00a0Scores below 525 will be automatically denied<\/em>.<\/span> We are not guaranteeing an application approval if the score is above 525. This will just prequalify the application under minimum requirements. Recent and repetitive lates on bills are red flags, and most often result in a denial<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 \u00a0CRIMINAL BACKGROUND<\/span>:\u00a0\u00a0Felony convictions, of any kind, will result in a denial.<\/em>\u00a0Other criminal background issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What you will need<\/strong><\/p>

We look forward to working with you during the application process. To move forward, we need your application fee and all the documents listed below for each person over 18 who will be living in the home. Once we have all of your items, we can typically have a decision for you within 3-5 business days. Delays in the approval process are typically due to incomplete information or difficulty reaching employers and landlords for verification. YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNTIL ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS RECEIVED FOR ALL APPLICANTS.<\/p>
